WANTED FOR HIT AND RUN ACCIDENT IN KENDALL (NEED INFORMATION )

On Saturday 9/24/2016 this guy hit my car and run away, he was drunk or something because of the way he was driving which I see because of the videos from the cameras from my condominium, He came to my place to visit a friend who give me his cell number , and when I save his number on whatsapp i get this picture, PLS help me find him , I just want him to pay for the damage of my car , I been texting him and called him but he have not answer . my cell is 3/896 8108 text message pls
